Veterans - Triwest (VA)

We accept all chiropractic, massage and acupuncture authorizations. Treatment requires an authorization from the VA which must be requested by the veteran. If you don’t have an authorization, request chiropractic, acupuncture or massage therapy from your team at the VA on your next visit. You can also call the VA directly (1-928-445-4860) and request a referral to our office. We also have a dedicated VA Department to help with all of your authorization needs, 928-272-4056 or va.dept@synergywellnessaz.com .

These services are often fully covered and can very helpful in reducing medication use and pain levels!

Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) and Workman’s Compensation

At Synergy Wellness Center, we understand the physical impact that motor vehicle accidents and work-related injuries can have on your life. Even minor collisions can lead to lasting pain, stiffness, and dysfunction if left untreated, which is why receiving timely care is essential for proper healing and long-term wellness. We accept Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases and offer chiropractic and acupuncture treatment to support recovery, reduce pain, and restore function. We also work with most Workers’ Compensation cases and are experienced in coordinating care and documentation to help you get the treatment you need. Insurance Billing

All other insurance carriers: As a courtesy, we're happy to bill your insurance directly. We will collect our non-insurance rates upfront and not accept assignment. By not accepting assignment this tells the insurance company to send claim payment to you (the patient).  Any follow-up requests by the insurance company or claims being sent to us (instead of the patient) will be your responsibility to track.  

We always welcome patients who do not have insurance, and do our best to keep our fees as reasonable as possible so that no one is limited in the care they receive. Ask our staff about our Membership and Pre-pay options as well!

Massage Therapy, Acupuncture or Naturopathic services: We do not bill personal/corporate insurance for these services. We also do not supply superbills, CPT codes or ICD codes for these services.
